“Reality is created by the mind, we can change our reality by changing our mind.”

–Plato

“According to your faith, be it unto you. All things are possible to them that believe.”

–Jesus, Gospel of Thomas, The Other Bible

“Reality is created by the mind, we can change our reality by changing our mind.”

–Plato

“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.”

–Proverbs 23:7, The Holy Bible King James Version

“Our life is shaped by our minds; we become what we think. Joy follows a pure thought like a shadow that never leaves.”

–Gautama Buddha, The Dhummapada, trans. Eknath Easwaran

This message has become popular, and is most widely known as “the law of attraction,” but I like to think of it as reality is a dream that we create.

We are so powerful as “attract-ers,” or as dream and reality creators, that when we believe ourselves to be limited and separate, our reality reflects that and therefore reinforces that belief. We become lost in our own creations.

How are we creating the dream? How do we create reality? We do so through our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and actions.
